Hello everyone,
As you can probably tell this is my first time on here so I'm hoping you guys can help :)
I've been looking into treatments and I have decided Zinc is the way for me...
Do any of you guys use Zinc ?
Also which is the most effective form of Zinc ?

Zinc is often believed to be deficient in people with acne so not likely.
