I have this ZENO device and it is not for severe acne. It works on the ocassional breakout you might get during certain times of the month. The other thing I noticed is that you need to "zap" the pimple when it is barely beginning...does not work on blackheads or whiteheads...if you have a huge pimple thats about to burst, forget about "zapping" it with the ZENO, just let the pimple take its course, there is nothing else you can do once it surfaces...
