Around my chin I get lots of what I would think were white heads but they are completely flat and to be honest aren’t noticeable until you look up close in a mirror and they’re like pin-prick whiteheads. If you squeeze them, the puss comes out like a tiny little worm – (like the white worms you got when you were a kid lol). Sometimes you can’t see them in a mirror they are that well hidden but puss still comes out if you squeeze an area.

I notice also that my pores get blocked very easily – I have quite a lot of blackheads around the usual places. I also get quite a lot of red/white heads (which stick out aka the zit!) on my chin area. I say a lot, it’s not a lot really and sometimes my skin is clear.

However I really want to know what the loads of tiny little flat spots on my chin area are??? How do I get rid of them???

I was my face every day, twice a day (sometimes 3 times a day if I go to the gym), plus I have started in the last month to drink loads of water. I also use a moisturiser.

Frustrating – I’m a male and 23 years old – I never had spots when I was younger.

Many thanks in advance. I have tried lots of face washes. The only 1 I’ve liked and appears to work is the L’Oreal Men Expert menthol face wash. Smells lovely too and you can blow some awesome bubbles with it in the shower! :D

I guess they are whiteheads and you get them from your moisturizer or the environment you live or work in. If you work in a kitchen or somewhere with greasy products that might be a cause of your condition. My cousin has the exactly same problem, but she works in a margarine factory, so she knows the cause of it.
The solution is to get to a dermatologist, get some facials and probably a skin specialist would give you a good advice for it. Use a product for blackheads and whiteheads. Good luck!
