    Can I have fresh orange juice instead? I like oranges more..

    on the other hand I also eat lots of watermelons during summer.. They help a lot in restoring the water loss..

    I drink around 9-11 glasses of water per day.. plus loads of fresh juices and watermelons during the summer ;)

    I drink water everyday so, I find that to be a lie my acne always stays the same way.

    I know that drinking water is essential for the health of our body but guys sometimes i just can't take it and i just want to drink something else. I drink water only when I'm very thirsty.

    I try to drink 8 glasses a day, but I'm ALWAYS in the washroom because of it. :D

    I wonder if it helps fade red marks better because it hydrates the skin which helps renew and moisturize it. Anyone believe this??

    yeh, water and not juice/beer/junk drink. It took me 2 years to understand. Water (good mineral water) make wonders, not only for acne but for skin and health. And stop smoking, you fools, pumping money into cigarettes' companies and death into your life. It took me other 6 years to understand it.

    Better latter then never :P

    What you are going to do when you can drink so much water? I could drink tea, lemonade, something with a taste, but I can't drink water, only once in a while when I am really thirsty, other than that can't do it. I forced myself for couple of months, but I couldn't do it more than that. Right now I am fooling myself with some tea, but it's got to be sweet. So what should I do?

    I drink a couple of bottles a day. I used to hate drinking water. I buy those propel fitness things that you just mix with your water, but I only use half a pack. Just enough to give it a slight bit of taste.

    Water is great but like the person said above me cut down on sugar, and fatty greasy foods, there is a cleanse system I use that has cleared up my skin pretty well.

    in my case it doesn't matter. I drink so much watter and for nothing
