How much water do you deink in a day?
I drink only 5-6 glasses :( -
I am lazier than you.. I barely drink 3-4 glasses.. I knowits not good.. but I simply forget :(

I am better than you guyz I drink 7-8 glasses.. but still feel thirsty all the time.. This means that I have to increase the intake.

@ baby... this is not at all good for you health.. you must increase you water intake..
I consume around 7- 10 glasses per day -
I consume 6-8 glasses per day... I guess that enough because i dont feel thirsty at all even if I drink only 4 glasses

I know it uttery un healthy but I just dont seem to feel thirsty or even remeber that I havent had water :( -

@ jen and aroma.. both of you seriiously need to increase your water intake.. even if you ont like drinking much you can squeeze in a lemon and keep drinking it the whole day.. It also refreshes you this way..

I like lemonade and always feellike having some in this scorching summer ... I'll try drinking more lemonade to compensate the little intake of water...
