hi

sorry i cant post a link cus i dont know how but you can visit digital-stroke.com and take a look in there acne treatment section. its in there!
anyways is this hygenic not washing with soap? will it work?
thanks! x -
It just depends on your skin type. If you are prone to acne then you need to treat it to prevent further outbreaks so I wouldn't think that water would help in that case.
Here's an article on water and acne:http://ezinearticles.com/?Water-Acne-Treatment---Does-Drinking-Water-Really-Help-Acne?&id=1295388.
Here is more information on href="http://www.acnefreenow.co.uk/water-for-acne.htm">water as an acne treatment.

Hi Anonymous, an excellent question, it's true that water is a good way to treat mild forms of acne, however as Jjones also mentioned, it depends on what type of skin you have, but also what form of acne your suffering from. If it is pimples that are bothering you, water would do a lot for you.
- But it's not a sure thing, it's possible that your acne won't respond to water treatment only, in that case you should try out a natural cure, in the past i have usedhttp://acne-ai.com/index.php?emne=3 - they have some good information on face acne and how to cure acne naturally. I believe that you can subscribe to their newsletter for free, and they sent out recipes on making your own acne remedies, and a lot of other relevant information too.
Good luck mate :-)

ALERT: i forgot to say, that you should not wash your face more than 2 times a day, by washing more, you will irritate the skin, causing more oil to produced, and eventually creating more pimples. But this is also covered athttp://acne-ai.com/index.php?emne=3, but much more detailed hehe.
Feel free to ask about anything, but my knowledge is limited to what i have learned athttp://acne-ai.com/ :-)
Cheers
