I can say without exaggeration I have grown up with sulfur based products. I struggle with acne since I was twelve, now I'm 17. I used to have a sulfur-based soap and more than one face lotions and I can still recall the terrible smell! My brother used to make thousand of jokes on my behave because of that. After a year, along with acne more persistent breakouts, all sulfur did was dry out my face and leave me with that horrible smell.

I don't even want to hear about it any more. After I stopped using it my acne got so worse that I almost fell into depression. And I come to think I endured that unbearable smell for almost six months!

Sulfur products are classics! They help a little at the beginning but after a while they gave me redness and irritation. I'm not going back there again!

I think that this is a problem with all the products. It helps your skin at the beginning and after you need a better product. It never ends and your skin became so used with chemicals and stop to react.

I've heard that products based on sulfur are OK, they dry the pimples and disinfects the skin. I didn't try them so........
