I've been using Proactiv Solution 3-Step System, an oil free range of products destined to cleanse, tone and revitalize. I could feel the complete action of this product on my complexion. After cleansing the face, it remains completely clear and refreshed, as the cleanser also exfoliates all dead cells. Then, they are removed with the help of the toner and the face stays smooth and revitalized. No more oily skin, no more clogged pores. I'm sticking to Proactiv (at least now, I've tried so many...)!

It's true, it works, but only for mild or moderate skin problems. I've developed severe acne and Proactiv is already too little for it. If only I had had Proactiv in my teenage years...

I stopped using Proactiv a month ago after two years of constant treatment and pimples broke out like never before. I don't know what to think about it, because during treatment I only had occasional and very seldom breakouts. Anyway, if you want something permanent, that's not Proactiv!

++ The acne care system from Proactiv is definitely the best. I tried various and I had similar results, but not that good, though, only with L'Oreal's Pure Zone. Anyway, Proactiv is great!

I was looking for a more active Proactiv forum. Does anybody has before-after pictures, or does anybody tried to follow the results with Proactiv?

I don't believe all this talk about Proactiv. Too many celebrities, too many stars are so happy with this product, I think is a scam (OK, I admit, I haven't try it)

I definitely agree. Proactiv seems to supress some of the acne and if you miss a day or take a break from it you end up being worse off than you started out. I had very mild acne and now that I've stopped using it I have cycstic acne. Just doesn't make any sense. When I first started it it did clear up my skin fast but it was temporary.

Pro-active 3 Steps System worked for me. Afer 4 month of using i see the effects on my skin which is now more cleaner and also the colour uniformized pretty well. I know that is hard to believe but I'm rely satisfied by the results.

honestly proactive is the only thing that worked for me so far. i was really happy with the results in the 2 months that i've been used it. but after awhile i developed an allergy from benzoyl peroxide. my face got itchy and then i got red bumps all over my face(good thing it disappears after a day or two). i stopped using it for days but when i used it again i got the same results. so i discontinued use for three months, to my surprise my skin is still having that allergic reaction thats why i finally decided not to use it anymore..

Well does proactive work for oily sking only? I have a normal to dry skin tone and have ugly blackheads. Will it help me get rid of those? These days as the weather is hot my skin sweats a lot. My face now seems oily.

This is the thing about acne treatments.......you have to give it some time.
From my experience it could take 1-2 years to get read of acne (it doesn-t hapened over the night).
And i use Pro-Activ System and is effective. 8)
