Do you have important tips on preventing acne?
    Here's what i know:
Don't squeeze, pop, pick, or otherwise mess with your skin. Squeezing blemishes or whiteheads can cause infection or scarring.
Also, don't forget the makeup! don't go to bed with makeup on! This can clog your pores and lead to breakouts.

Your face must come in contact with clean things. For this, wash your pillow often and always use clean towels. The dirt in towels and pillowcases can harbor bacteria and germs that can make acne worse.

This is what i do to keep my skin clean, and prevent acnes. When i get back from the gym, i take a shower as soon as possible. Sweat combined with skin oils can trap dirt and bacteria in your pores.
I never go to bed with makeup on, no matter how tired i am. It can clog the pores and lead to breakouts.
From time to time, clean the cosmetic brushes in soapy water and throw out old makeup.
i hope you find this helpful! it works for me..

Just chill, and then your hormonal level will keep normal ranges. Take care of your entire health and you'll also take care of acne!

That's right! My dad used to say that a healthy skin never gets in trouble and told me to eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible. To that, he always added fish, milk, grains, eggs and even light meat. And what can I say, I did happen to have zits, but it happened so seldom!

I don't know about that, doctors say ailments have nothing to do with acne.

it's important to let skin breathe. for example, hair products like hair balm or gel and mousse clog pores on forehead and lead to blackheads. i never keep hair on my forehead and temples and i only wash with lukewarm water.

I agree that an active sexual life doesn't cure you from acne.
But one hand wash the other................contraceptive pills worked for me.
