Hi, I read your story and I really understand you. I had the same problem, but I get rid of this nasty condition for all.
First of all you have to use only one product for acne. Stop taking birth control pills. You are destroying your liver.
Please don't despair. It's not the end of the world you have acne. Don't miss on your school and work because of it.
I use to look like a little monster with pimples all over my face and I tried almost everything, but not the BC pills or accutane, because they have many side effects.
I got cured with Proactiv, but if you say it didn't work for you there is no point talking about it, even though I use it for two years. May be this is a very important detail.
If what you use now doesn't work stop using them.
Get facial wash with tea tree oil for acne prone skin and use it morning and evening.
If you use a make-up removal, get one for oily skin, which has on its label non-comedonic,non-acneogenic and won't clog pores. But you should use or the makeup remover or the face wash. And a toner for oily skin, alcohol free. And finally use a good light moisturizer with vitamin C for oily skin which also has on its label non-comedonic,non-acneogenic and won't clog pores.
    And have patience.
You also can make a medicated treatment, but only on the cold period of the year, protecting your face with sunscreen which has those non- words on its label.
But its hard to get the antibiotics without a prescription.
Anyway, if you can get tetracycline make a treatment taking 3 pills a day for one week, 2 pills a day for 2 weeks and 1 pill a day for 3 weeks. It should help you. Remember to make the treatment only in the cold season. It's very important.
For body acne get Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash or scrub and use it instead of your shower gel, everyday, day by day for a life time. I know it sounds a long time, but you have to shower, so why not using this wash which smells great and it clears your acne. Or you can use Dove for sensitive skin. I never use it, but I heard is good.
For cover up use oil free or anti blemishes foundation. Not the most expensive one, Neutrogena, almay, l'oreal and more.
I hope my advice helped you.
Good luck and I hope you get better. Don't despair.

If you need to ask more questions, don't hesitate.
And don't stay in the sun without a sunscreen, never!!!
