Doctors and dermatologists actually cannot cure acne because they deal only with the outer visible part of the disease by way of creams, lotions , and skin care products which may cure acne temporariily and then it comes back, or sometimes have horrible side effects like dryness, redness and burning sensation.They cannot get a permanent cure and are not motivated to find one.Why? Because pharmaceutical companies want patients to keep coming back for temporary cures therefore making huge profits. A permanent cure would mean huge losses in revenue for these companies. Like everything else it's just business.

Thanks for the acne information. There are a lot of so called acne treatments out there that help clear the acne up, you just have to experiment and see which best suit your skin type :)
