    hi
Acne is one of the most common problems which are commonly seen in teenagers and adults. You have so many treatments option for curing acne effectively but it totally depends on your cases. Acne is generally last to your adulthood. It is better option for you to always connect with any dermatologist. Some of the topical acne treatments include: Salicylic acid, Benzoyl peroxide, Sulfur, Resorcinol etc.

    Hi..
I had been suffering from a lot of acne and I found that the benzoyl peroxide stuff was very harsh. I started using this new stuff called bff (it stands for benzoyl free formula). It's pretty good and simple to use (once a night spot treatment). If anyone else has been having the same issues with benzoyl peroxide you might want to check this site out.

There are a lot of acne treatments available, some of them work only on the symptoms and not treat the underlying problem.

This is the reason why big pharmaceutical companies are making a killing with their skin care treatments. It just doesn't work to permanently get rid of the cause of acne. It's just a business to them.

Acne is basically caused by a lot of reasons including oily skin, clogging of pores, hormonal imbalances, and bacteria. Treating your skin with topical creams and other chemicals are just a stop gap measure. They don't really treat the real problem in your skin.

Here are some things you can do to alleviate your acne problem.
    1. Don't pop your pimple. When you squeeze your pimple you will spread bacteria in your face and cause a massive break out. If you have to pop your pimple, do it the right way. Use a sterilized needle and avoid spreading the puss on your face. Don't forget to put antibacterial cream on your face.

    2. Regulate what you eat. Avoid junk foods as much as possible. These kind of food can really make you break out. Instead, eat fruits and vegetables. Plus drink plenty of water to flush out toxins in your body.

    3. Wash your face with warm, fresh water and mild soap. This prevents dirt from clogging your pores.
It's time to play your cards right. Are you going to continue using chemicals that don't treat the underlying problem or are you going to treat your acne naturally.

Doctors and dermatologists actually cannot cure acne because they deal only with the outer visible part of the disease by way of creams, lotions , and skin care products which may cure acne temporariily and then it comes back, or sometimes have horrible side effects like dryness, redness and burning sensation. They cannot get a permanent cure and are not motivated to find one. Why? Because pharmaceutical companies want patients to keep coming back for temporary cures therefore making huge profits. A permanent cure would mean huge losses in revenue for these companies. Like everything else it's just business.
However there is an ebook written that provides a step my step natural holistic programme that cures acne from the root source. This is a permanent cure that will have you acne free in 8 weeks. Sounds a long time , but it's worth it. A one time payment that will cure acne forever, or keep going back to the dermatologist for temporary cures. It did not take me long to decide.
