I use Proactiv kit as prescribed:
1. Renewing Cleanser: I use it 2 times/day, morning and night. Gently massage the warm water to rinse. (if I need to clean my skin during the day I use the same too, but without the next products)
2. Proactiv Revitalizing Toner
I don't use cotton balls to apply, I just put the liquid in my palm and then apply it on my skin. I wash my hands before. I feel better this way. Then I wait 5-6 minutes, then:
3. apply Proactiv Repairing Lotion.
Beside indicated, I don't use sun screens (never did) but I use a lot of hydrating creams (cheap creams, like Nivea or Oil of Olaz).
I have to say the results are good, but not as expected. Anyway, I have some sort of mild acne, nothing really severe.
And I use clay mask 3 times/week, before going to sleep: I add a drop of lemon juice, too.

I've heard about Proactive treatment and i have the intention to follow the steps but i don't know the costs. If you have any idea pls post it.
