Can sex or masterbating in men and women cause acne?
It does tend to feel that after i have sex and I break out.
My friend masterbates often and says that is the number 1 cause of her acne but before her period only???
Any other experiences out there? -
physiologically speaking, sex or masturbating is the same (from hormones point of view). As studies shows, NOT having sex is not helping dealing with acne. More sex, better look :), less pimples :D

Mmm, acne and period: this is well-known: before period it is an increased level in hormones so you break out! No cure for this...
And now, look who's talking... I'm 22 and I didn't had sex yet (really, and don't make fun of me...). But it seems I know all about acne... huge experience. More then 8 years.

I understand what you mean it does sound weird if you would get acne because of that.
There are too many elements that cause acne! -
I totaly agree with you people that a normal sexual life helps your skin to look better and i read that hormonal balance is strongly stimulated and influenced by your sex life.

I've heard also that anormal sex life can help the skin to look better,but not in my case.
I can't controle my nasty pimples X-D
