Is there any truth in Natural Acne Cures?Can we cure acne without taking any antibiotics and creams?

I cured my two sons of acne by just telling them what foods to not over do. Moderation!
Acne causing foods when eaten in excess:
Milk - high in grease and growth hormones
Ice Cream
Cheese
ButterChocolate - 55% cocoa butter
Too much sugar drains the body of vital nutrients and weakens the skin so it can't take the extra oil without a breakout.
Too much greasy potato chips
Too much American loaf type bread - Raises blood sugar too fast causing too much insulin production that causes extra hormone production, which causes sebum (hormone oil) to come on the skin causing pimples.
Bread has a Glycemic load (how fast it raises blood sugar)of 70. Tortillas have a Glycemic load of 30. Rice has a Glycemic load of 50. Hispanics and Asians have better complexions than most whites in America.
Bread and other grain foods are the staff of live. Don't ever stop eating them. The Jews stopped eating bread while in the desert and started eating only quail. They were burying them by the 1000s before long from a disease called leaness (anorexia). If you eat some bread, some rice, and some tortillas then the glycemic load will average out. If you are white and have always eaten bread your stomach may always require bread. Tortillas might not satisfy you day after day. Your stomach must be satisfied. If you aren't satisfied at the table you can and will wind up with some kind of deficiency. Most people like rice and tortillas at least some of the time and that's good enough.
Watch out for the store bakeries. Sometimes they put way too much oils in their loafs of bread. That made my son breakout like crazy. We felt the bread with our fingers when we saw the pimples on Jeff's cheeks. We had bought a new type of bread from a store's bakery department. The bread even felt oily. We through it out and went back to Iron Kids bread and his pimples stopped.
Basically too much refined foods and not enough real food will leave the body deficient and unable to handle the stresses at the time of puberty.
If you lived in New Guinea you wouldn't have access to milk and milk products. No french fries. None of the types of bread that would cause breakouts, no refined sugar, candy bars, etc and no pimples.
Get used to vegetables. Your taste buds are too used to the sugar taste so they think vegetables taste too bitter. Vegetables have real taste and your body needs the nutrients in vegetables.
Steam cooked spinach, brocolli, asparigus, etc. I have heard Okra is good if you fry it. Never tried it. Eat plenty of tossed salads with minimal salad dressing. Go to a salad bar and lose yourself their. Learn a new way of eating and your pimples will be no more.
Drink milk as long as your stomach calls for it, but reduce your milk intake and as you get used to eating and liking the spinach and brocolli your need for milk should reduce even more over time.
Teens that have 2 to 3 cups of milk a day have a lot more acne than the ones who only have 1 cup of milk a week. But you have to really be a regular consumer of the green leafy vegetables in order to get enough calcium. Only then should you consider not drinking milk. Teens that have never drank milk and always eaten vegetables usually don't have pimples and don't have cavities. Vegetables are a better source of calcium and other vitamins and minerals than milk, but you have to like eating them in enough quanity to have a good result.
Fruits instead of sugary junk foods are a very good idea. I know a philipino that has perfect skin. He is strong for his size and does well in wrestling. I asked him if he ever eats junk foods. He showed me four apples that he had in his back pack. He told me he eats that many apples usually every day.
You see, it is what you eat even though doctors will tell you that what you eat is not related to acne. They want your business for a very long time. They follow the money. If you start eating better you can get rid of your acne in a very short time. Within a month!
Don't diet! Getting skinny isn't the answer to curing your acne. Getting skinny is never moderate. When the body is under nurished you may get rid of all your pimples for a while then evetually you will start breaking out because your skin is deficient. This is how acne leaves scars.
The skin from a little oil in the diet will breakout with these red spots. These blood red flat spots are skin cells that have ruptured. The skin being deficient doesn't have the vital nutrients to over come the inflammtion by producing new cells and heal itself quickly so it just sets there and will eventually grow scar tissue.
When you see these red spots from getting off your no fat diet for a day or two, please start eating fats, protein, and colories again.
My son had this problem for a little while.
He decided he would diet to get rid of the three pimples he had on his chin, so he stopped eating at Carl's Junior. Then he started buying chicken without the breading to eat at home. He didn't eat anything else. Jeff lost weight fast but he didn't have any pimples.
That's about the time we came home with the altra fresh bread from a local store bakery. All of the sudden Jeff got these bloody red flat spots on his cheeks. They didn't want to leave. We checked the only new kind of food we had in the house. It was the bread from the store bakery. It felt oil to the touch, so we through it out. Jeff's under nurished skin couldn't take the extra oil in his diet. His skin cells rutured. He realized that he was much better off eating at Carl's Junior and having the two or three pimples on his chin than these weird pimples.
Jeff started eating lays stack potato chips. The second ingredient is Sunflower oil. When you aren't eating many colories then something like potato chips sometimes will have a good result.
Jeff's face started gaining weight again in just a week or so. The next pimples he got were totally different. They were pink and raised above the skin because the skin actually had enough nutrients, calories, fats, protein, calcium, etc to heal itself with cell growth. Lots of it. These raised pink pimples left without a trace real soon, in about a week. The other red spots eventually healed.
You have to have fats in the diet before you can digest other nutrients. Everything in moderation.
By the way Jeff eats a Arby's now. Leaner but not too lean. His skin han no pimples. Stan
