Back acne can be very unpleasant and very painful also and its very hard to treat it if you not familiar with it or you can find the right products.
Here are some tips for treating back acne:
You have to use a salicylic acid based shower gel which gently exfoliates the dead skin and excess of oil. The best one that really works is Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash, or Scrub. Or any other product that contains salicylic acid.
Or you can use soap for sensitive skin such as Dove - Sensitive Skin, which prevents the forming of this acne.
