Hi, I recently visited Malaysia which is such a beautiful country. Use a good facial wash - look for things with honey in them as honey acts as an anti bacterial thing.
Don't wash your face excessively as this will make it more greasy therefore leading to more breakouts, just cleanse twice daily with a good facial wash and avoid touching your skin with dirty hands.=====================================
