Is there a fast way to get rid of scars? What cream do you recommend?

I don't know about fast way, but if you need a quick improvement I'll say to do dermabrasion (at a professioanl salon). I've done it once, 1 week before an important meeting and 5 days later my skin was looking good (as good as my skin can look). But if you are looking for real solutions, dermabrasion must be done in 6-8 sessions, and it is quite expensive. And, as I've been advised, if you'll get new pimples you'll just spend the money so firstly get rid of acne and then do dermabrasion.

Go for laser, don't try creams and useless stuff like that .I don't understand why are there still people fearing of a surgical intervention to repair their skin. I tried laser for the first time five years ago and I had splendid results. There was no complication whatsoever. Besides, going back to work is just n excuse for choosing a temporary solution to your problem instead of a permanent one.

I'm afraid. Laser is not like choosing a new cream or lotion. How about you :-?

I decided on laser when my doctor told me it had the greatest level of precision in controlling the depth of the surface removal compared to other methods including dermabrasion and chemical peels. Another decisive argument for me was that laser doesn't modify my original skin texture or the quality of the derma.

It's true, that is a great advantage of the laser rejuvenation. I used to have microdermabrasion sessions, but in time I sadly noticed all I did was expose my complexion to even higher risks then before, as the collagen amount secreted in the tissues had started a gradual but dangerous deterioration. I gave up immediately microdermabrasion.

I havent hear abt it eihter. But there is a cream I use, infact an ointment. MEBO. It works real well on scars etc. But is really oily and the smell also isn't that good. I apply a thick layer at night and wash of my face in the morning. I have been doing this since 2-3 months and now after regular use pimples scars fades within a day.

This ointment is composed of herbal ingredients.
