Fucidin and Acne

Hey guys,
I was confused that if fucidin is also a cure/ medication for acne or it itonly an antiallergy cream/ointment? Has it helped you in your acne condition?
I dont have a very severe acne but whenver I get pimpleor so I apply this cream and after 2-3 application the pimples seems to dry out and then dissappear.
What do you guys have to say about it? -
I would definitely recommend this cream. It didnt cause and reactions and my pimles seemed to get better after a few applications. I dont like the ointment very much as it makes my skin look oily ;)
The cream however is very nice. -
ointment may be useful for people with a dryer skin tone..
