It is advised to take in loads of fluids in order to cure acne or moderate it. Fruit juices are also suggested.
Does consuming canned juices instead of fresh ones effect acne adversely? as they have some sugar and artificial content added. -
I dont see any much difference, because there are packed juices available that claim to be fresh, have a one week expiry date and have no preservatives or extra sugar added. So I guess Its the same any way.

I agree with natural juice, we all know that a fruit or a vegetable as long as its natural its also healthful.
-
Do you mean juices taken out from the fruit at home?
I would also say that the juices are best taken at home. They provide you with full nutrients adn vitamins and thus are the healthiest ones. -
I am very lazy in this regard :P
I love juices and mostly go towards canned or packed ones.. but then also suffer due to the high sugar content..
But I'd still vote in for freshones bcuz we all know they are the best..
I'd recommend drinking a glass ho fresh carrot juice everyday (if you can spare 30 mind taking the juice out :P) It is simple superb...!! -
carrot juice takes lots of time man..!!! but indeed is very beneficial.. I drink fresh orange juice or lemonades 2-3 times a day...
I'd also prefer fresh juices as no one can challenge the benefits and they also taste way beter than other ones :) -
This means I'll have to change tracks and start drinking fresh juices..!!!
-
I agree with Kimo, the benefits of fresh juices and taste are just incomparable with the others.
