Hey Raffaella--you're right to incorporate diet into your skin care. I work with Eucerin, and did you know that some foods are better for your skin than others? For instance, foods that are high in antioxidants like blueberries, or rich in healthy oils like salmon, are great for your skin's health? How else do you incorporate diet into your skin care?
