   Effervescent bath salt for acne

   I read once abouth having a bathe twice a week with effervescent salt. Water must be heated to 37.8 degrees C. Use 2 kg salt for every 90 l of water. Enjoy your bath for about 25-35 minutes (until you begin to sweat) then finish with a hot / cold water shower
