I suffered with acne for about 25yrs, I had tried all sorts of diets which I thought at first worked but then the acne returned. Then about 5 years ago I went on a No Yeast, No Sugar diet, at it has been fantastic, I have had no acne since. The first 3 months I stuck to the diet strickly but after that I can eat anything as long as I do not eat too much of those foods containing sugar or yeast. I have just suggested trying this to my nephew and it has cleared his acne dramatically as well. I also take what I call the good bacteria tablets which help kill off the overgrowth of yeast in your system.

A change in what you eat goes a long way to provide the relief you need from acne. It is highly recommneded that you avoid procssed foods and take lots of fruits and vegetables. You will notice some changes after changing your diets within few weeks. But I must stress that you should stick to it as that is where the success in getting rid of acne lies.
