Help, i tried to squeeze my blackhead with the metal loop, my blackhead was quite large.Unfortunately, nothing came out. The next day, the blackhead was gone, but now it became a lump, it's not painful when touch or pressed, it is red the first few days, but now it is white and is getting flatter and smaller i think.. . Help, does anybody have this problem? if yes, will it vanished? and how long?

White things under your skin is not always oil (pimple) it may be collagen which is produced by your skin when scars form. Picking at blackheads and pimples causes lesions (tiny scars/damage) to your skin which often times causes your skin to produce tiny amounts of collagen which look like very small white heads under your skin. It will be red and inflammed (swollen) for awhile, put some ice on it and after a few days it will shrink but may never fully go away. The Doctors are right "Don't Pick". Pick one, get two more. Believe it or not putting vaseline on a big black head for couple nights in a row will actually draw it out, but only if it is not infected into a pimple.

hey Keepblackheads, it's not like what you said, mine is nearly gone now and my condition is not like your description, it's not a lesion or anything.
