Bad facial/blackhead extraction and derma-microbrasion @ at Dermatology Clinic!

I have always taken care of my skin...Its not the first time I have had any of the following procedures done with no side effects or problems: chemical peels, derma-microbrasion or deep facial cleanings with blackhead/whitehead extractor...but now disaster struck! I decided to go to a Dermatology Clinic instead of my usual estetician...big, huge mistake! The nurse, or lady or whoever, did a lousy job with the extractor! She squeezed out my blackheads on my T-zone by the nose and cheeks (that hurt a ton)...and then she performed a very rough microbrasion...RESULTS: Where she squeezed hard with the metal extractor (two specific areas) are now red after 3 days and now have developed a redish, bump, very tender that hurts like hell! After she did the derma-microbrasion she put on a relieving mask...that didn't do crap for my face and charged me $50 bucks extra. That's what I get for going to a different place rather than going to my estetician. My former estetician did both of these proceedures; including chemical peels (alternating both proceedures) and I have never had any problems...just the normal pinkish look after either microbrasion or a chemical peel. Sometimes a light peeling, nothing major after a glycolic peel. But this lady at the Dermatology Clinic, did a VERY BAD JOB. She obviously messed up extracting my blackheads, which now I have two red, swollen, tender lumps on my cheeks, super open pores, worst then when I walked in & its been 3 days. When I walked out of my estetician's office I never looked like I do now...everything was flat, clear, closed pores...healthy looking the next day or so...I am terrified and dont know what to do....Can somebody give me an idea as to why in the world my blackheads are now two big, red painful lumps???

I would recommend Dermalogica Barrier Repair. It sounds like your skins barrier is broken due to these procedures. The Barrier Repair will protect your skin while it is healing. You can buy some on Amazon or Ebay.
