    Avoid chocolate and coke helps

    From my (too long) experience with acne I can say that avoiding chocolate and coke will help you moderate your acne. Good sleep helps, also.

    chocolate and coke I don't know. Sleep helps for sure, I can see my pimples just disappear during my holidays ;-)

    I agree with the sleep, chocolate, coke. another thing
    that helps me is drinking a lot of water. If I drink about
    7 glasses of water in a day, the next day my acne is better. :D

    hmmm... probably your acne is less visible. Usually when you say acne is better I expect to be more powerfull, more visible... yah

    I think that chocolate and coffee also have to be avoided if you have acne and personally i reccommande you green or black tea

    Well I cant say about chocolate because eating or not eating chocolate doent effect me atleast. But yes reducing the intake of coffee and increasing your water intake will produce effective results.

    I don't know i use to eat a lot of chocolate and i don't think that the cause of acne is chocolate and drinks based on coffee. what do you say about the others shits that we are eating and drinking?

    Well other drinks do really have a very bad effect on our skin. How much coffee do you consume per day miha? The results also depend upon the amount your body can digest witout being irritated.

    I consume 4-5 kops daily and recently i've seen a documentary about coffee affects and i was a little beat shocked.
    They said that if you drink one coffee in the morning,the coffeine is active into your body 12-14 hours(just one coffee) and i realy don't want to think how much coffeine i have in my blod now.
