In my case, at least, I can see a clear relation between acne and travel. I do not have problems with acne unless I am travelling. But once I've change the city I get pimples on my forehead and chins

I get some sort of acne but !!! only when I get back home!!! seems like all other cities are better then here. Anyway, thinking that a pimple need between 7-9 weeks to develop, I think I just develop some sort of alergy related with the air or stress? maybe. I've returned from Amsterdam 2 days ago and today I see some red spots on my chin. In just 1 week in Amsterdam my face went cleaner then ever in the last year... Bad think going back home. And Amsterdam is such a nice city.

Anna i think that your pimples and red spots need a good vacation. I think that if now I'll be in Paris i would not give a shit that i have pimples on my face. Good thinking!
