I Was blessed with Acne approaching my early teens.
Yes...i say BLESSED.
Of course it inevitably devestated my for years and years and years. Did i mention years?This is the kind of place i came for years. Hours of reasearch, hours of hoping that the next discovery will be my wonder pill. Surely i DESERVED some reward for my precious time and effort and energy and life and sacrifice and dissapointment spent!
But it was just another failed attempt and i was still left beyond furious at the "un-curable" curse!
My history of a not so functioning colon (constipation etc..), somehow compelled me to reasearch into it and immediately led me to read upon COLONIC HYDROTHERAPY.
Sure i was freaking out, But i could not ignore the feeling like i was onto something more than ever before..that its all coming from inside. I also could not ignore the endless case studies on colonics and connection to health INCLUDING the state of our skin!!! (constipated or not, they are still crucial turning points in your health!)
I bit the bullit and took the dive in.
Colonics should be mandatory in every country! (no, they are not a natural concept -- we wern't mean't to need colonics --But the state of our Western diet and health? lets just say, Colonics are equal to SURVIVING, for anybody at this point!
What did i see after just one? RELIEF!! IMPROVEMENT!! you got it!-- all coming from inner work that needed to be actioned on.To cut a long story short, it put me on a quest of nutrition related research and soon enough RAW FOOD was on my radar.
This is what took me to next level skin health and general health transformamtion.
well i'm not a doctor or practitioner (thank god!!) I'm just a normal gal who felt inspired to come back to a familiar place to share that there is a beyond happy ending. And at a cost??? Well, thats entirely up to how you view it! But if at a cost you mean disease free, long life, AND rockin' the best body and skin i've ever had the priviledge of knowing and owning and actually loving!..then yes, That's the cost. Although it was free. That's what i traded in for!!

RAW FOODWe're led to believe Acne is everything BUT diet related. We're offered everything BUT the cure. We're led to believe we're not in control of our own cure.
But that's other than reality.
DIET IS EVERYTHING RELATED.
THE BODY IS A SUPER HEALING MACHINE...all it asks is the right matieral to do its humble job!So this is me..feeling blessed. Because Acne was the alarm bells sounding that the inner terrain was seriously suffering, acidic, toxic and under stress and in need of some maaaajor TLC.

But i have a LOT of information on the lifestyle,as a raw foodist.Whatever you may take from this...and it may be nothing. And thats ok. I just wish you all the luck and success in your journey to find what your looking for, as i did.
