yea i read this article too..but i doubt it...i mean i drink milk..but i dont see breakouts b/c of it..or maybe it just depends on whether or not u drink fat free milk or whole milk

I'm on day 14 of no milk, I don't think there's any difference so far. I used to drink about 2 pints a day.
Could other people give it a go and let me know how it goes (good or bad) on this forum? thanks.

I'm the same way...I drink a lot of milk (to gain weight) and though I did see an increase in acne...mine is sporadic anyways so...I definitely do think that it's possible.
milk is cow urine!
