A glass of fresh homemade apple juice everyday will clear out your skin as if you never had any acne. Give it a try and post your results on this thread after one week of consumption.

Apple juice is recommended because contains many vitamins and helps your digestion process also, but i didn't now that is so effective for my acne

It really is.. I started drinking a glass of fresh apple juice after reading this post here, as I knew if not any benefit apple juice wont harm me either. My skin seems to be a bit clearer than earlier. I knowits too early to expect results but a simple improvement has shown me that I could achieve good results if i carry on
So I give this tip 10/10 guys... -

It's true Jen that apple juice is a good surce of minerals and vitamins.
If all the people here might give it a try and drink it daily,they might see the difference.
