Don't mix Retin-a with Duac, I've heard that both are serious medication and you can take them only under medical advice. Please take a look here on Retin-A guide.
you can buy it from drugstore.com, they ship to Switzerland. But Duac requires overnight shipping so it may bit be such a good idea to buy it from net. Try at a local pharma.
or better try Retin A, I a more confident in this one, especially the microgel

Don't mixt them. choose one of them and try it for 2-4 months and then...

Yeah, that's right. If you don't respect accurately the label, you'll get no results or even worse-you'll get rashes and redness! It's vital to let your skin adjust to Retin-A and then maintain the treatment for full effectiveness. It worked out for me too, I'll keep using it!

Retin-A uses tretinoin, that is formed of retinoic acid and vitamin A acid. It is used to treat acne and sun damaged skin, or wrinkles.

yes, as far as the doctor reccommended. But would be better for you to consult a dermatologist, too. You may have a different skin condition, and might need another prescription.

Retin-A micro gel is definitely different from the rest. It may be the last solution you have to get rid of acne. That's how it happened with me. I used to have severe acne since I was 22 (adult acne..., never had acne troubles in my teens ) and I kept struggling to do something about it. I don't think there's something out there I didn't try so far. Besides facial problems, I also had a nasty backacne. My dermatologist last prescribed me Retin-A micro gel in the evening and Duac in the morning, but warned me to follow his prescription literally.
