Hi! I am new around here, and I just want to tell you my opinion about your concerns.
Do not combine two products recommended for the same thing. Because we are talking about acne let me tell you what it's going to happen when you are using Diprosalic and Retin-A. You gonna get a burning irritation and your skin it will peel off. It's not a nice picture. I've been there. Not nice at all.

Diprosalic is a dilution of acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) and water. I've read the Retin-A prospect and I've found nothing about this, so I presume there is no prolblem of using them both.
Hope will help

I am on Diprosalic: this is a Salicylic Acid and Topical Corticosteroid - Keratolytic lotion. I have to apply it (on my face, neck and head) once or twice/week. I would like use for a while Retin-A. DID anybody used Diprosalic and Retin-A at the same time? I cann't stop my Diprosalic treatment, I get red spots on my skin.

yes, this is something we have to debate.
Do you know successfully anti-wrinkle creams are using the same active ingredient as Retin-A? Let's think: just go to skinStore and select by active ingredients: they returns 257 products for "Vitamin A (Retinol)" ! some of there are names even I heard about such as MD Skin Care line, Skin Medica, Afirm, ROC, DDF... anyway seems that all big brands decided to produce at least 1 retinol -based product just in case the rest are not working ( :D ) So smile, as long as we have acne problems wrinkles must wait!
