The only drinks that I found helped my acne were certain herbal and green teas - get the free tips fromwww.sovereignskin.com and they tell you why green tea helps and why. It also makes sense to not drink the sugary drinks as the insulin surges they cause will increase your spots ( I think this is covered in the top tip about a GI diet, I cant remember tho). Have a good week.

Coke and Pepsi is bad and that's that. Can't try to find any good effect because there isn't any.
I understand that has a good taste but , try not to drink it anymore, before you get ulcers.

I use to bee a big fan of coke&coffe and like probably 70%people from this forum i didnt belive that coke&coffe makes my skin to look bad.
But belive me it does, because of the coffeine that stimulate your brain and your hart making the blod and the cels to be more activ than is necessary, beeing a major cause of dehidratated and unhealthy skin.

Well.. Acne is definitely caused due to some disturbance in the cells but this is also true that it gets triggered by coke pepsi etc. You cannot deny this factor. It plays a very importan role in controlling acne. or docs would never give diet plans,

I think that if you have acne and you can not stopped from spreading you have to go to a doctor or dermatologist and find out what kind of acne do you have and ask him what is the right treatment for your skin. I don't believe all this bull shits about creams and treatments if are not recommended by your doctor.

I've heard also that drinks based on coffee is an important cause of acne and i have the proof right in my face. My sister is a big fan of coffee, chocolate, cappuccino etc. When she takes a break from all this his acne is not spreading any more.
