Iron Kids bread is pretty good. There is a lot of bread out there that feels oily to the touch. Don't eat the bread high in shortning. It will cause pimples. Some people are very sensitive to whole grain breads with the vitamin E oil in the wheat germ. Wheat germ oil taken by some body builders make grown men get pimples.</p> <p>You have to work real hard to actually use what is in whole grain breads. Whole grains give some people insomnia. Insomnia make pimples worse, a lot worse. Bread is an endurance food.
