Hi everybody, I’m going to share herewith information which is very important for those persons who are suffering from skin problems.

Fraxel laser treatment utilizes a column of laser technology to remove a layer of skin in order to stimulate other healthier skin cells.
Fraxel is excellent in removing skin discolorations, wrinkles, and other minor skin issues. It’s extremely important to choose a
competent plastic surgeon because the procedure involves some risks. One of the most skilled surgeons I would recommend is Dr. Jhonny
Salomon located in Miami, FL. There are many surgeons in the world that claim to be the best, but when it comes to Fraxel, experience
is imperative to avoid any possible complications. With an experienced Surgeon you can be rest assured that you will experience minimal
side effects with Fraxel.

There are some risks and warnings that we must know for Fraxel. Skin swelling will be an issue 1 to 6 days after Fraxel procedure. To help reduce swelling Dr. Jhonny Salomon suggests using aloe vera consistently until swelling has gone down. The affected area can appear sunburned and also peel after Fraxel laser treatment. A numbing cream and cooling device can be used during the treatment which can help with pain. Dr. Jhonny Salomon also suggests using sunscreen a few days after Fraxel treatment. http://drjsalomon.com/laser_resurfacing.asp

Hope this info will help to all who have skin problems.

All the best!

Hey guys, I totally agree with you acne is horrible and really does lower someone self-esteem! I really like using Estee Lauder products, they are really inexpensive and really do work! What I thought was AWESOME is they are having a competition on 50littleluxuries.com and if you win, the winner wins great prizes including their skincare products! All I had to do was say how I would spend $50, and now I'm just waiting to hear back. I HOPE I WIN!!

I've been suffering with serious acne for about 4 years now. So far the most effective treatment for me has been the oral antibiotic Doxycycline. It took about 2 months of taking the antibiotic for my face to clear up enough so that I would feel comfortable with my skin's appearance. During the time that i was taking it, i was also washing my face routinely with Cetaphil antibacterial soap. Unfortunately prolonged use of oral antibiotics can have other serious effects so I stopped using it and stuck with my face washing routine only. It worked for about two months but my acne came back.

For the time being I'm experimenting with clindamycin topical antibiotic and aqueous base benzoyl peroxide gel. I've been using it for about a week now. So far it has not had any significant effects on my skin but it still hasn't been long enough to tell. I discontinued the use of my cetaphil soap but will use it again.

With this new treatment I'm also trying a diet change/lifestyle change. I'm drinking water throughout the whole day and getting plenty of vegetables(especially carrots). I personally believe that having better eating habits will help me feel better as well as keep me healthier; therefore it'll lift off some stress of my everyday life which may also be another factor in my acne problem.

I really recommend the Cetaphil products. I have used their moisturizing cream as well, it works wonders.
:)
