For a prone acne complexion you have to choose soaps or wash products that are specially designed for acne problems.
Don't over wash your face. It's more indicated to use a cream and a toner in the evening, to remove your make-up and dirt.
Try to use Panoxyl soap, contains benzyl peroxide which helps.

Thanks for sharing in the tips..

@FastG.. i think they should go for facials that are more herbal/natural and mild. Acne prone people must stay away from chemicals.

Thought of sharing some basic tips that helps...

1) Wash your face with a cleanser which is term to be "oil free". Better also look out for the words mildm non irritating etc in the cleanser.

2) Dont wash you face more than twice a day.. Frequent washing may make you feel dry and itchy.

3) Its better to use your hands to wash and clean your face. Dont rub your face vigourously, instead be gentle in your movements.

4) Avoid scrubs in svere acne.

5) At the end instead of rubbing try just pat dry with a towel kept aside for your facial use only..

Cheers..!!
