You have to use a salicylic acid based shower gel which gently exfoliates the dead skin and excess of oil. The best one that really works is Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash, or Scrub. Or any other product that contains salicylic acid.&#60;br /&#62;
Or you can use soap for sensitive skin such as Dove - Sensitive Skin, which prevents the forming of this acne.
