It's expensive. I can't say that it really works, but it doesn't hurt. After trying anything and everything, the only thing that has worked for me is Acnezine. When you order online, it comes with a cream and pills. I found the pills to be more of a placebo, but the cream is amazing. I cleared up within two weeks. I'd describe my acne as moderate. Or it used to be. Now it's practically non-existant. If you've tried everything, and nothing works, you have to try acnezine. I'm not getting paid to said that. It does not work on severe acne, or mild acne...it works on the ocassional pimple breakout. It works best if you "zap" the pimple when you first notice it, once its up on the surface of your skin, forget about "zapping" it.
