Acne comes and goes very quickly, at least for most individuals. For others it persists, and develops in to a stubborn condition. This can lead to many other problems, such as scaring and pitting on the affected areas. In these cases, people generally go to see a dermatologist who can prescribe them various types of topical creams, oral antibiotics, and many other forms of treatment based on the type and severity of their acne. However, many of these options offered by medical professionals are very expensive and leave your skin not only dry and flakey, but even redder than it was before. I’ve been down this same road; having tried medicated washes (benzyl peroxide), antibiotics (doxycycline and minocycline), and even home remedies such as citrus facial masks. Nothing really seemed to work as well as it was said to. I found much disappointment in all of these and even underwent an acid peel in hopes of fading some of the scaring that had occurred. I spent over $2000 in nearly 2 years trying to correct one of my more noticeable flaws. I began to doubt any claims, and started feeling ashamed of whom I really was. That was until a friend told me about the extremely simple program he used to quickly clear up his skin. He said the key reasons for its success were due to its simplicity. I tried the system, half price, and was nothing but surprised. My acne was finally going away! I suggest you follow this link and read more about this system, what it has to offer, the personal testimonies people have to share, and be the judge yourself.

what the this are all fake.. spending too much money and afterward it doesn't work... it will works form some people with a less and mild acnes but for some people suffering for a year or more with a severe acnes those product will never work... acne are basically trap bacterias and oil clogged on pores.. means your face is oily or you got too much clogged pores.. with a daily life bacteria is every ware so your will be more prone on acnes.. what you need is to unclogged your pores.. so bacteria and oil will not be trap on your pores ..
so how will you unclogged your pores? by removing your dead skin..how will you remove your dead skin? try to find some products thats have a effect of skin peeling.. so what kind of products are those? well for me i use Maxipeel its a product that has hydroquinone a substance that peels skin with a small amount , by using the product maxipeel it removes a top layer of skin this leads you to unclogged your pores.. so bacteria and oil will not be trap on pores.. and also can help to reduce acne scars.. if u use acne cream your just making some trap doors on your pores that makes bacteria and oil to multiple on the pores.. also using soap makes you face oily and makes your pores small its better to use a mild soap and after that use a skin peeling products on your face so that your pores will not clogged and reducing acne buildup

I've used Cetaphil before, but I prefer Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser. I don't care for Cetaphil's texture, but it does work to get rid of my href="http://treatingforeheadacne.blogspot.com/">forehead acne. I just can't stand the way it feels. There are numerous other cleansers out there that work comparably to Cetaphil. I have a list of href="http://treatingforeheadacne.blogspot.com/2010/04/cleansers-for-forehead-acne.html">forehead acne cleansers on my blog, if anyone is interested in other options.

I use the Cetaphil cleanser to remove my makeup and prep my face for the acne system I use (AcneFree). I really like it; it gets rid of dirt and oil without drying out my skin or throwing it out of balance. It doesn't really do anything about acne prevention or treatment but it is a really gentle and effective cleanser. The only issue I have with it is that it's really runny so it can be difficult to get the right amount to stay on your fingers prior to application.

Acne affects the sebaceous glands and the hair follicles being joined or not by tissue inflammation. In fact the typical name of pimples or zits applies to acne lesions, and they affect the majority of teenagers as well as a surprisingly large number of adults in their mature years. Acne scarring is what most teens and adults fear. Acne scarring is the final result of the body’s healing process. Acnezine is an over the counter pill designed to help you stop breaking out. It’s unique from creams and other things because it works from the inside out.

Acne treatment is one of the most common requests dermatologists hear from their patients. The condition generally begins in the teenage years, but can affect people into their thirties and forties.

How to prevent pimples. Wash your face regularly, not more than 3 times a day, unless you’re living in a highly humid and/or polluted city which requires more washing to unclog pores. The best way to wash the face is to first lather your face-wash in your hands, apply it to wet skin and rinse. Wash your face as often as possible using ordinary soap and water. This will remove any oils and dirt and it will help to control the bacteria that cause blocked pores to turn into large, swollen, whiteheads. Wash your face daily with facial scrubs or soaps. Doing that will prevent oily skin which causes clogged pores.

Simply applying milk and turmeric will also improve the texture of your skin, milk suits all skin types and has some acids which are beneficial for the skin. Simply apply to each pimple as you notice it forming.

For damaged skin do to pimples, Vitamin E naturally heals scars by moisterizing the damaged skin. Use it everyday to fade away acne scars. Vitamin A helps lessens the sebum production and also strengthens the protective skin tissues. Try to get some quality sleep. Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant that helps with healing. Foods that contain vitamin E include almonds, sunflower seeds, spinach, broccoli, soybeans, and peanut butter.

Another way to prevent pimples, don’t pop them. Popping your pimples actually increases the production of the chemical sebum, which is what your pimples are made of. Plus, you are rupturing membranes which can spread and leave scars. Popping one can spread an infection under the skin and create even more spots than before. Since this is something those with an acne problem want to avoid, it’s not wise to keep popping the spots.

Also eating foods that are rich in zinc and vitamin c like meat, beans and fruits strengthen and protect your skin from damage caused by acne. These foods will also help the skin to heal more quickly. Eating fewer calories and exercising more creates the condition for this process to reverse and over time the weigh comes off. Eating food that is too oily/fatty is not only bad for your skin but actually bad for your general health. The same goes for too much sugar.

There are many modern treatments available for acne. There are also some simple home remedies for acne which you can try at home. Some of these home remedies are as follows:

Grind turmeric with neem leaves and apply to the face and take bath after half-an-hour.

Get good exposure to sunlight. Sun actually kills the bacteria, and dries up the sebum oil that produces acne. This is a common home treatment for acne that doesn't cost anything.

Acne begins on the inside of the body, not on the surface of the skin. Drink plenty of water - at least eight glasses per day - to help detoxify your body and cure acne. Also eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

An oily hair may also lead to acne problems. So shampoo your hair twice a week. Maintain your weight by proper exercises and have good sleep.

Grind saffron with coconut milk and using a brush rub the pimple area with little force.

Make a mixture of carrot juice and mango juice and apply to face.

Rub Jhadhikkai ( tamil nattu marundhu) and apply to the pimples.

I like Cetaphil to combat the dryness of benzoyl peroxide, because it is very drying. It although seems to reduce the effectiveness of the BP cream.
